Apply to be a Brand Ambassador

Before you start, make sure this is true:

• You are 18 or older
• You live in Arizona
• You are a verified Lover on Love On Deck, or you are about to be

If you are not a verified Lover yet, do that first. It takes two minutes and we cannot issue shares to anyone who has not done it.

The short version of what you are applying for

Twenty thousand shares of On Deck Society common stock, issued in your name at onboarding. You clear 1,000 of them for every 25 verified Lovers you bring in, up to the full 20,000.

Milestones count through December 31, 2027. After that the clearing stops. Shares you have not cleared can be repurchased by the Company at any time after your agreement ends or after that date, whichever comes first.

You have 90 days from your issuance date to bring in your first 25 verified Lovers. If you do not, the Company can repurchase your shares for inactivity.

Plus $100 cash for every Brand Ambassador you refer who reaches 25 verified Lovers themselves, paid in early 2028, as long as you are still an Ambassador at the end of 2027.

You will sign an agreement laying all of this out, and paperwork at onboarding including a tax election you have to sign. Have your Social Security number ready for that part. Signing it is a condition of the grant, so declining it ends the arrangement.
