What we're looking for:

The short version:

We need someone who can make people stop scrolling. You'll own our organic social presence on Instagram and TikTok, create content that introduces a brand new category of dating app to the world, and build an audience from zero. If you think dating apps are broken and want to help burn the whole thing down and build something better, keep reading.

What you'll actually do:

Create content across Instagram and TikTok. Not corporate posts. Not "happy Monday" graphics. Content that makes people feel something, react to something, or share something. You'll develop short-form video concepts that explain what Love On Deck is and why every other dating app got it wrong. You'll work alongside our Event Coordinator to capture content at campus events, festivals, and live activations across the Phoenix metro. You'll maintain a weekly content calendar, monitor engagement, track what works, and tell us what to try next.

Who you are:

You have a strong portfolio or personal social media presence that proves you can create content people actually engage with. You know how to make Reels and TikToks that don't look like ads. You understand trends, hooks, and what makes someone stop mid-scroll. You're comfortable with our brand voice: confident, playful, anti-establishment, and women-first. If you've never heard of a Rogue/Jester brand archetype, look it up. If it resonates, we should talk.

You're based in the Phoenix or Tempe metro area because this role requires capturing content at live events. You can work independently without someone checking in every hour. And ideally, you actually care about fixing what's broken in the dating app industry, not just because it's a job, but because you've lived it.

Bonus points:

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• A genuine opinion about what's wrong with Tinder, Bumble, or Hinge
• Interest in building something from the ground floor
