Pacifico Soldati is a U.S. Army veteran, attorney, and entrepreneur with a JD/MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Before founding On Deck Society, they served as Chief of Staff for Pyuriti a green tech company specializing in hypochlorous acid (HOCL) products, where they became a leading lay expert on electrolyzed water technology and advocated for HOCL adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic. They previously ran The Soldati Group, a consulting and marketing firm, and served as COO at a Montana-based holding company and at Pace Ellsworth's software development firm. Pacifico built the entire Love On Deck MVP with Claude over three weeks in the winter of 2026 and leads the company's operations, marketing, and strategy functions from Phoenix, Arizona.

Aaron Lim is a highly accomplished creative director with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Washington and over a decade of experience across diverse industries. He served as Art Director at PetSmart, leading the conceptualization and execution of master brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. As Graphic and Creative Services Manager at the Arizona Office of Tourism, he enforced brand standards across all state tourism marketing and coordinated projects spanning website wireframes, print collateral, video editing, and logo animations. Earlier in his career, Aaron was a Senior Graphic Designer at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and at IMP/9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. He also served as Creative and Art Director at Recordbar Radio, where he developed the brand's visual identity and directed end-to-end video production resulting in viral engagement. Aaron brings expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, UI/UX, videography, and HTML/CSS. He leads all creative direction, brand design, and visual identity for On Deck Society from Phoenix, Arizona.

Pace Ellsworth is a full-stack developer, technical architect, and technology entrepreneur based in Chicago. He has been building software since 2010, creating apps and services for startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits. His career spans roles as CEO of his own software development company (Nuclius), Senior UI/UX Full Stack Software Engineer at Cardinal Peak (migrating cellular microscopy imaging to the cloud), Senior Full Stack Engineer at Getlabs, and Full Stack Web Development Instructor at BloomTech. He also serves as CEO of PRE (Preserving Records Everywhere), a digital preservation platform, and as Chief AI Officer at ADG/Mensa and CTO of Amerind Nation. Pace brings deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node, Python, MongoDB, and blockchain development. Pacifico previously served as COO at Pace's software development firm, and the two bring a proven working relationship to On Deck Society's technical leadership from Chicago.
