Pacifico is the CEO and cofounder of On Deck Society. He holds a JD/MBA, served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper, and built the company's entire technical platform in 20 days using AI tools, with zero prior programming experience. He leads strategy, operations, marketing, product, and legal for the company.

Before ODS, Pacifico was COO of a software and app development firm and worked as a marketing consultant running his own business with Aaron. He started On Deck Society in August 2025 with one conviction: the dating industry has been extracting value from lonely people for two decades, and the antidote isn't another algorithm, it's consent.

Aaron is the CCO and cofounder of On Deck Society, leading brand, design, and creative direction for every product in the suite. He owns the visual language of Love On Deck, Friends On Deck, Vibes On Deck, Everything On Deck, and Forge On Deck.

Aaron and Pacifico have been business partners for years, first at a Montana holding company where Pacifico served as COO and hired Aaron as Creative Director, then as independent marketing consultants. They're best friends, they live in the same city, and they've been building things together long enough to know exactly what the other one means with half a sentence.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pace is the CTO and cofounder of On Deck Society, serving in an advisory capacity while the platform scales. He's a world-class developer and technical architect, and was previously Pacifico's boss at a software and app development firm where Pacifico served as his COO.

Pace is based in Chicago, Illinois, and will transition from advisory to full-time technical leadership once the Seed round closes.
