Vilters (Visibility Filters) control who can see you. These are your standards for who is allowed to even know you exist on the platform. Set them to match your comfort level. Anyone who doesn't meet them doesn't see your deck, can't message you, and has no idea you're on Love On Deck.

The result: every connection starts with mutual consent. You only see people who meet your Silters AND whose Vilters you pass. They only see you if you meet their Silters AND they pass your Vilters. It's bidirectional filtering, and nobody else has it.

This is the part that matters for the industry. Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, and every Match Group app are built on engagement metrics. Their revenue depends on keeping you on the app, swiping, matching, and paying for premium features. Visibility filters would reduce the number of profiles users see, reduce the number of matches, and reduce the engagement metrics that drive their stock price.
