What counts as a message?+
One user prompt plus one coach reply equals one message. Simple.
Can I switch coaches?+
Yes, anytime. Credits work across all five coaches. Start with Rose for foundation work, move to Blaze for fitness, jump to Penny when you're ready to tackle money. Your coaching team is always available.
Do messages expire?+
No. Never. If you buy 3,000 messages and use them over three years, that's fine. They're yours until you use them.
What happens when I run out?+
You buy another pack. Your dashboard, your quests, your progress, and your Mission/Vision/Values stay exactly where they are. Nothing gets deleted. Nothing gets locked. Just grab more credits when you're ready.
