How to Manage Your Subscription

You can view and manage your subscription from the account settings page. There you will see your current plan, your locked rate, and your subscription status, along with the option to cancel.

Your rate is tied to your Lover number and locked permanently, so there is no plan-change flow. The tier you joined at is the tier you keep. There is nothing to upgrade, downgrade, or renegotiate, and that is the point.

Payments are handled through PayPal, so updating your payment method happens in your PayPal account, not on Love On Deck. Log in to PayPal to change your card or funding source and your subscription continues billing as normal. If you want to cancel and later resubscribe, see "How to Cancel Your Subscription."
