Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or technical issues that prevented you from using the service. Contact support@ondecksociety.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with dating outcomes. That is not how dating works on any platform. But if something on our end went wrong, we will make it right.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. See our Terms of Service at /terms for the full refund policy.
